Rev. Krista Vrudny

Krista S.Vrudny is an intuitive healer, artist, public speaker and interfaith Minister. Krista began working with healing energy after reading the book Hands of Light by Barbara Brennon. She's been practicing hands on healing since 1996 and was ordained and certified through the Center for Wholeness.

Artwork:
Krista's experience in art mediums includes: Oil, Acrylic, Charcoal, pastel, ceramic and fabric painting/dying. She has created customed designed artwork for private individuals in addition to larger companies such as Nabisco. Her art training was orginally inspired by her family, her father a Fine Arts student and her brother a landscape artist.. The academic training followed through several avenues including the University of Minnesota.

Healing and Ministry:
Krista has always been a seeker of Truth and spiritual connectedness. Her spiritual foundation was developed through studying A Course in Miracles, which she has been a student of, since 1995 and facilitated weekly study groups in ACIM for five years.

She believes in giving back to the community and has provided her Ministerial& healing services for The Woman's Cancer Resource Center, Pathways and Lake Harriet Spiritual Community.

Krista believes we all have to power to heal each other and ourselves. She encourages her clients to be active participants on their road to healing by including them in the process, through dialogue and action.

She developed a healing technique called Cellular Emotional Release, which involves hands on healing, centering and letting the cells talk.. Krista believes creation begins first in the mind, and then creates instantaneous change within the cells of the body. Her work encourages communication between the mind and the cells creating perminant healing, be that either a psychical manifestation of healing or a life change/psychological shift. Krista is currently enrolled at the University of Minnesota and is designing her own degree in Therapeutic Arts and Business.
