Treat yourself today to a healing session. Krista combines Cranial Sacral, guided imagry, sound, hands on healing and Cellular Emotional Release techniques to create powerful alternative therapy sessions for her clients. The treatments are generally an hour to ninety minutes in length. They start with an invocation, or calling in the energy/spirit. During the healing sessions, Krista places her hands on the chakra centers located in the body, connects to the earth, sky and Spirit and channels the energy out the hands and through the body of the client, opening the chakra centers, invigerating the body, restructuring the cells and quieting the mind. Clients usually percieve a variety of experiences during the process including: cool sensations, warm hands from practitioner, tingling or deep relaxing of the tissue, alternate states of consciousness, instant relief of pain symptoms and increased energy.
